Ideally a division rep is someone that everyone is familiar with and comfortable talking to, in a specific area. They are a tool for the office to have a sense of feel of what is going on with the players in a division. If a problem or concern arises they are a familiar face to discuss things with if a player is uncomfortable calling the office. They are also important for building a division because they see new potential players while they are in host locations playing league. While a division rep has no real authority they are an experienced knowledgeable player who is a great source of direction in solving most issues that arise. Division reps also help with league functions and tournaments including local team championships. We thank them for there help and giving nature to our league.
